Providing excellent support to our customers is of key concern to the company, and AXIOM is committed to ensuring timely, online pre and post sales support.

AXIOM has now introduced online bug reporting / tracking mechanism through which customers can log in their bugs and also get the status of the bugs online. To

use this facility, customers have to register into this site. Apart from this, customers can login and request for demo keys, retrieve license files, etc.

In addition to telephone support, email support is also available at support@axiom-da.com. While reporting support issues, log files have to be mentioned to provide information on the version and platform that you are running as well as the command that you are using to run the software.
